Phillip C. Roessler of Perryville died Saturday, May 11, 2013 at his home in Perryville. He was 23.

He was born Dec. 27, 1989 at Sparta, Ill., the son of Cynthia Roessler of Perryville, who survives.

Other survivors include his son, Carson McClellan of Perryville; aunt, Debbie Roessler of Cutler, Ill.; cousins, Gerrod Roessler of Cutler, Ill.; and Jimmy Thielemann of Collinsville, Ill.; and many, many friends.

Phillip was a welder working for Robinson Construction. He was of the Baptist faith.

The family requests memorials to Miller Family Funeral Home to assist the family defray cost of funeral expenses.

Family will receive friends at Miller Family Funeral Home from 5:30 p.m. until the time of service on Thursday, May 16.  The memorial service will be at 6 p.m. with Bro. Tommy Foster officiating. Burial will be private at a later date.

Miller Family Funeral Home provided arrangements.
