Perryville suffered its first loss of the season Friday after falling to Potosi 34-20. The Trojans used big plays to beat the Pirates, having 4 plays of 40-plus yards to set up short touchdown runs. The Pirates were behind 19-7 at the half after a fumble recovery in the end zone by linebacker Dylan Holt. Potosi built a 27-7 lead in the second half before a furious rally by Perryville with touchdown catches by Carter Dix and Dawson Camden fell short.
